A lot of you know that I'm working on a new book project called Egoli Place of Gold. It is set in Johannesburg, South Africa from April to early September of 1981. It's a non-fiction book,by the way.
On my first night in Johannesburg I met an interesting and well-informed mining engineer named Graham Harris. We became close friends. At the time I met him he was working on a book calls The Hills of Sickness. Out of curiosity I looked on Amazon.com and found that he did publish the book in 1982. It's now a classic with a somewhat high price tag. What a pleasant surprise and I'm happy for Graham!!!!
